Woodworking, A Japanese Bunmawashi (Beam Compass)

A bunmawashi is a traditional Japanese beam compass. It’s a pretty clever design (not original to me).

The beam is 25″/635mm

I didn’t have a piece of wood or the space to really scribe out a full size circle.
